SUBJECT: MODIFICATION BY APPLICANT 2016-0003 COVE AT CITRUS
Dear Mr. Turpin:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request for a modification to
the approved Site Development Permit 2006-870 for the Cove at Citrus, consisting of 19
new Single Family Units.
The design change results in minor changes to the design and architecture plans. It has
been determined that said redesigned plan modifications are minor, will not result in a
significant change in the project as approved by the decision -making authority, and comply
with the spirit and intent of the original approving action under Site Development Permit
2006-870. Therefore, the design modification as revised is approved, subject to the
following conditions of approval:
The landscaping for the new units shall match with the landscaping plans approved
for Site Development Permit 2006-870.
2. Approval from the Citrus Course Homeowners Association of the proposed
landscaping for the new units shall be submitted to the Design and Development
Department as part of the Final Landscaping Plans application for the new units.
3. The applicant shall submit revised precise grading and construction plans as may be
required to the City's Design and Development Department that reflect the design
changes.
4. The applicant shall conform to all other corresponding Conditions of Approval for
Site Development Permit 2006-870.
