Updated Description: The 449100 Avenida Anselmo property was constructed in 1961 as a single-family residence built in the
Contemporary style in the La Quinta Golf Estates neighborhood within the La Quinta Country Club. The dwelling on the property
was initially recorded by CRM Tech in 2006. It was demolished in ca. 2015 and subsequently replaced with a new single-family
residence in ca. 2016.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM Tech. It was fully demolished in ca. 2015
and subsequently replaced in ca. 2016. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in

setting, and boundaries) This one-story, Modern-style single-family residence faces
northwest from the southeast side of Avenida Anselmo. The residence is
irregular in plan and topped by a low-pitched, simple hip roof covered with
asphalt and gravel. Wide, boxed eaves shelter exposed concrete block walls
that are veneered with wide clapboard on the façade. Visible fenestration
appears to be wood-framed and fixed, and a paneled wood door flanked by
