The roof extends towards the front elevation creating an over veranda supported by square posts. The residence features one horizontal sliding window and one large sliding-fixed-sliding window at the front elevation. The residence has an attached garage. There does not appear to have been any alterations to the residence since the previous survey. Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local Register designation. The current survey found that the dwelling is associated with the theme of Residential Development (1934- 1970s), but it does not possess individual documented significance in relation to this theme. Fenestration consists of aluminum-framed, sliding windows, and a paneled wood door with a fan light is sheltered by an open veranda that is supported by four square, stuccoed posts.
