The City Manager and City Engineer have meet with Mr. Kicak and have determined that it is in the Redevelopment Agen*yY5 best interest to proceed on this important project on a time and materials basis since the scope of work is difficult to define, pending the availability of topographic data and input from affected property owners. For budgetary purposes it has been proposed that the compensation for the necessary engineering services will not exceed **218,5pp. * It is recommended that the Directors of the Redevelopment Agency authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Kicak and Associates for engineering services for the Cove street and drainage improvements project, said agreement to be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the City Attorney.
