impleulent the Re?evelop?enL Plans for La Qui?ta ed?vclopment
Projects NO. 1 and No. 2; and

nd Safe?y Code Section 33?34.2, et se?., to expend a certain
percen?age of property taxes a?located to it for t?e purpose of

housing cost; and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out nd implement such
plan? and duties the Agency has enlered into an Afford?b1?
Rousing Agree?ent with the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition
CvRC'?), dated as of. June 11, 1991, to provide for the
acquisition of certain prup?Lty and consLrucLion of hou?ing
thereon to e sold to lower income persons and households; and
WHEREAS1 in order to carry out and implenent such
plans and duties the Agency is considering other pro?ects for

at an affordable housing cost; and

Re: Proposal for Village Beautificatiun Master Plan
Dear Ron:
TMC Developrnents? Inc. is pleased to present this proposal for professional
services to create the Village Beautification Master Pl?n.
This Agreement is by and between IMC Developments, Inc. TMC) and the
City of La Quinta City).
TMC will provide consulting services to produce a Master Plan for the Vil?age
at La Quinta. The project Site for TMC's work is located in the City of La
Quinta, California, and includes the area descn?bed in the Village at La Quinta
Specific Plan1 the area irnrnediately surrounding the Village, and the
segments of Washington Drive and Eisenhower Avenue that connect the
Village with Highway 111.
L BASIC SERVICES
A. Background Studies
The purpose of this task is to review existing backgrQund information,
previous plannin? studies, and other available data to inventory and
analyze the materials for use in Task B. As part of this Task, TMC will.
1. Visit and become familiar with the entire site,' observe the local
and surrounding conditions; photograph the site in reconnaissance
fashion.
2. Review base data provided by the City including, but not
limited to?
