The homes were to house two very low income and eight low income households. On April 29, 1993, Agency staff received correspondence from CVHC that requested an additional $7,959 in Agency housing funds to facilitate the substitution of three very low income households for three low income households. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: If the Agency granted this request., an additiona? $7,959 would be allocated to this project. These funds would be charged against the unexpected funds in the Agency's low and moderate income housing account. RECOMMENDATION: That the Agency grant CVHC's request and provide an additional $7,959 to facilitate the substitution of three very low income households for three low income households, and direct staff to amend the Agreement to provide for this additional funding allocation.
