A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS IN SALARY RANGE FOR
MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL
CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of La Quinta, hereinafter referred to as "City," will make
adjustments in salary range for specific management, contract management and
confidential classifications.
WHEREAS, the City haS-identified contract management employees as the: City
Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Clerk, Community Services Director and the
Public Works Director/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City does hereby approve, ratify, and authorize for
specific management, contract management and confidential employees
implementation of salary range adjustments as set forth in Exhibit "A."
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta City
Council held on this 21st day of August, 2001, by the following vote to wit:
AYES' Council Members Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Mayor ~e~.a

ABSENT: Council Member Adolph
