Dear Mr. and Mrs. Johnson:
This letter -is to inform you that the conversion of your garage to
an office has been done in violation of Zoning and Building Codes.,
As discussed, in order to bring -the garage up to code requirements
you must remove the interior wall parallel to the garage door and
apply for permits for the existing electrical installations.
Whereupon an inspection will be done to insure proper and legal
• installations of all.added electrical wiring, lighting, etc.
Based on the above requirements, a home occupation permit and a
business license. can not be issued until all corrections have been
completed and approved.
