Dear Mr & Mrs Scharback:
Your request for approval of the Home Occupation Permit was sent
to all board members for review. It was the opinion of the board
that this permit should be permitted with the understanding, as
you stated, there will be no 'walk-in' traffic or deliveries made
to or from this address within Parc La Quinta HOA.
It is is further understood that no commercial vehicles will be
used for the operation of this business which will be parked on
• a permanent basis within the complex.
With these conditions agreed upon by both parties, please take
this approval, along with the attached letter to the City of La
Quinta for issuance of your permit.

RE: Business Licenses
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
At a regular Board of Directors' Meeting on Feburary 25, 1992, the Board of
Parc La Quinta Homeowners Association consented to allow the the City of
La Quinta to.issue Business Licenses to selected homeowners within Parc
La Quinta H.O.A.
Homeowners are required to first submit their request in writing to the
Association and describe the type of business they intend to operate. The
homeowner is then notified by the Association that the approval is granted
pending future approval of a CC&R's amendment to allow for certain
passive' type businesses to be operated from their residence.
Should you have any questions regarding. this neer policy, please feel free
to contact this office. A copy of this letter will also be given to the
approved homeowner's to present to the City upon request for their license.
