IfY°u are interested in re-designating the LRA for your jurisdiction, please fax a letter from the City Manager (or
the County Executive if the locality is a county) designating the appropriate city or county department as the
Local Reviewing Agency for your locality.
If you do not respond to this request, your agency will be taken out of our database and no future projects will be
sent for review. TCAC will contact another agency or the California Housing Finance Agency to perform the
evaluation.
The LRA is entitled to receive payment of $1,000, one-half of TCAC's application filing fee, for performing the
evaluation, although the LRA may waive its payment. Please note that the evaluation requires a site visit as well
as review of zoning compliance.
If you would like a copy of the evaluation form, or if you have any questions, please contact Wendy Zabaidi at
(916) 653-3153. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to working with you.
NOTE: -Applications for TCAC's first funding cycle in 2002 will have a March 26th deadline.
