Your request for a business license has been reviewed by the Board on
February 25, 1992,,at their regular Board of Directors meeting.
• The request is granted with that the understanding that sometime in the
future the Board will propose an amendment to the CUR's to allow certain
passive' type businesses to be operated from the houses within Parc Ln
Quinta HOA. If the amendment fails, however, this permission must then
be withdrawn.
This permission is also granted with the understanding that you will, at no
time, park a commercial type vehicle and/or equipment within the project.
Attached is letter to the City of La Quinta- advising of this new policy,
please take the enclosed letter with you to the City when applying for, or
renewing, your license.
