RE: Business Licenses
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
At a regular Board of Directors' Meeting on Feburary 25, 1992, the Board of
Parc La Quinta Homeowners Association consented to allow the the City of
La Quinta to issue Business Licenses to selected homeowners within Parc
La Quinta H.U.A.
• Homeowners are required to first submit their request in writing to the
Association and describe the type of business they intend to operate. The
homeowner is then notified by the Association that the approval is granted
pending' future approval of a CUR's amendment to allow for certain
'passive' type businesses to be operated from their residence.
Should you have any questions regarding this new policy, please feel free
to contact this office. A copy of this letter will also be given to the
approved homeowners to present to the City upon request for their license.

Quinta HOA. If the amendment fails, however, this permission must then
be withdrawn.

renewing, your license.
