Please be aware that the proposed temporary customer service facility
At 55-223 Oak Hill in PGA West, is approved in accordance with the
(following conditions:
1. That this approval is .for one 24.' x 60' and one 12' x 601,
temporary customer service mobile office with parking improve-
ments. and landscaping as specified on Exhibit"A" as contained
in the Community Development.Department.'s filey(P1ot Plan'No.
86-286). ;
2. That -construction, installation,. structural orientation, and
parking lot layout shall conform with Exhibits'"A" and "B" as
contained in the Community Development Department's file for
Plot Plan No.'86-286. Any modifications to comply with these
conditions ofapproval shall be subject to review and approval
by -the Community Development -Department.
3. This approval is temporary and will,expire.one;year from the
date of this approval. Subsequent time extension(s) for this
temporary use may be granted by the Community Development
Director. Time extensions may be granted based on the -Applicant
submitting plans for a permanent customer service center for
PGA West for review and approval by the Community Development

4. Any signing for this facility shall be-subject,to review and
approval by the'Community Development Department.
