I visited the noted site on 15 December 2008 to perform California Building Code mandated structural framing construction observations prior to final framing inspection and wrapping the structure. During my observations I observed that the framing, foundation and foundation/framing interface appeared to be in substantial conformance with the structural design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record drawings and also complied with my structural field directions.
