Dear Mr. Lyle:
Upon completing the special. inspection requested by you at the
above. location, the City has determined the following`regarding
your guest room.
1. Current Building Code requires a smoke detector.
2. Receptacles within 6' of bathroom sink must be GFI
protected.
3. All setbacks are in place and in accordance with City
standards.
The above violations (points 1 and 2) are -very important with
regard to life safety, but could be corrected at minimal expense
to the owner.
