The scope of work is shown on the plan prepared by Teserra, dated April 14, 2010 and received June 11, 2010. The proposed project is acceptable in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines and the Association's CC&R's. The following comments and/or requirements are pertinent to this application. 1. Locate and stake. the rear property corners for reference during construction and final inspection based on dimensions shown on the title documents. 2. The homeowner and the contractor to schedule a meeting with the Landscape and Irrigation Manager, Bill Bobbitt, and the Maintenance Manager, William Aceves, prior to the start of any work. The contractor is responsible for locating and marking existing lines and underground systems. Any damage or disruption is to be repaired immediately. 3. Provide a signed set of plans, stamped by the City of La Quinta. Provide the city issued permit. 4. Height of raised wall and bond beam measured by low side. 5. The contractor to repair and/or replace any damaged irrigation, landscape, hardscape, lights or street surface to the satisfaction of the HOA. 6. All modifications to the existing sprinkler systems are to be made by the contractor to the satisfaction of the HOA. 7. All landscaping repairs and new landscaping is to be approved by the landscape manager. 8. All site drainage is to be properly engineered and installed to prevent any flooding. 9. The homeowner and contractor are advised to comply with the contractor's working guidelines and vehicle rules. 10. The contractor is not allowed to stockpile any material, equipment or construction debris in the street. All debris must be cleaned up daily. t 11. The HOA is not responsible for verifying property lines, easements, existing utility services, irrigation and drainage lines. 13. Upon completion, the homeowner is required to provide a signed copy of the city inspection card and the Contractor Certification letter (enclosed). 15. The project completion time should not exceed three months from the date of this letter. We reserve the right to make a final inspection of this change to make sure that it matches the original request.
