The Architectural Committee has reviewed and approved your request to refurbish the
swimming pool, spa, deck and barbeque and add a tanning shelf and a small waterfall
going from the spa to the tanning shelf at your 54-430 Riviera residence. The following
information is pertinent to your request and the proposed work.
• Renovation is based on revised plan with a dated receipt stamp of June 28, 2006.
• The contractor must not stockpile debris on the driveway and /or streets.
• The contractor should meet with Bill Bobbitt, Landscape & Irrigation Manager
and William Aceves, Maintenance Manager, prior to starting work to coordinate
and provide information on any changes to the existing HOA maintained items.
• 'Che contractor must protect and prevent damage to existing landscape, hardscape
and other improvements. Any damage is to be repaired.
• The HOA does not assume the responsibility liar verifying rear property lines.
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of this change to make sure that it
matches the original request. An approval is based only on the aesthetics of your
proposed plan and should not be taken as any certification as to the construction
worthiness or structural integrity of the proposed change.
