Landscape Change Application
Dear Harvey Goldman:
The Landscape Committee of the PGA WEST II Residential Association met on June 10, 2010 and
approved the Application you submitted to the Landscape Committee for your home at .56-005
Riviera with the following conditions and changes.
• All Irrigation must be approved .by Sunshine .Landscape, _your .contractor must meet
with Luis Umana of Sunshine his number is listed further on this correspondence and
irrigation must meet their specifications.
• Your contractor must warranty the plants for one year.
• The Association owns, and the landscape contractor operates, a TORO irrigation
system. Modifications to existing, or installation of new irrigation equipment, shall be
coordinated with the landscaper. All sprinklers shall be Rainbird, 1804 or 1806 SAM
Body assembly all plants must have one bubbler per plant.
• Any new lighting must be put on your electricity and you will be responsible for
maintenance of the lighting as well as all bulb replacement.
• The Landscape Committee is concerned that the Lirope will not do well in full sun,
the Association will not replace these plants if they do not survive after 12 months
this will be a homeowner responsibility.
Your contractor must meet with Bob Pantanella, Director of Community Services prior
to commencing any work so they are aware of access, parking and other regulations
of the Association, Mr. Pantanella's phone number is 760-564-1032.
Review by the Committee is only for general conformance with the Architectural and
Landscape Rules. It is the responsibility of the owner to fully understand and conform
to the Architectural and Landscape Rules criteria whether or not all deficiencies are
noted during review. It is also the owner's full responsibility to field verify all
existing conditions. The Committee's decision with regard to project design will be
final. Please refer to the Architectural/ Landscape Rules for all required submittals.
