The Architectural Committee for PGA WES TI1 Residential Association met on June 7, 20130 and
reviewed your Architectural Application for Golf Cart Garage and concrete addition. The Committee
approves of the application contingent upon the following terms and conditions.
• An Agreement and Covenant Running with the Land will be required, one will be sena to you for
execution as soon as it is prepared, and the agreement stays with the property and conditions the ,
owner as the responsible party for the improvements.
• No work may commence until your contractor meets with Sunshine Landscape to revi-,w the,
property and all irrigation and electrical lines.

responsibility of the owner to fully nderstand and conform to the architectural guider -nes criteria

Manager, prior to any irrigation modifications associated with this change. Damage to the landscaping, i.e.,
shrubs, trees, flowers and turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The original landscap',ng'must be
brought back to its original condition when the project is completed.
Approvals given by the Architectural Committee are good for only six months from the date on the
approval letter. If construction has not commenced within six months after the project approvaC date, a new
application must be submitted. Upon completion of your project, please complete and return The Notice of
