Please provide.the following remedies for discrepancies that were observed during the field visit for
framing inspection. Please see that they are corrected for the final inspection by the city inspector. The
city inspector may perform the follow-up inspection and approve the installation. Please send
photographs of the completed work.
1. Provide hurricane anchors at all trusses to bearing walls.
2. Install anchor bolts instead of shot -pins at numerous locations throughout project for all bearing
walls where anchor bolts are missing. Install epoxy anchors of same diameter and 7-1/2" long.
Epoxy anchor bored hole's must be blown free of all dust and debris and wiped with damp cloth
for the full depth in concrete.

A. Bedroom #2
B. Bedroom #3
C. Laundry room
D. At all mudsill joints within 9" of break
3. Tighten anchor bolts at various locations where nuts are still loose.
4. Provide connection at "SM" shear panel to trusses -with 2 x 4 cripples and plywood in back of
house.
5. Provide "A35" flat connectors at master closet exterior wall to tie trusses to top plate.
6. -Provide plywood across all truss ends where bearing on exterior structural wall.
7. Provide "X" bracing in master bedroom/closet, and in living/family room as discussed in the field.
Please see that the discrepancies are corrected. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
