Architectural Change Request - Swimming Pool & Spa
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Yee;
The Planned Unit Development Architectural Committee has approved your plans as resubmitted,
received on October 26, 1999. However, the committee has been advised that there are no
changes and/or additions to the existing landscape as. it relates to the pool, spa and barbecue.
It is our understanding that upon completion of your court yard hardscape and planter boxes that
you will, at some future date, develop plans with your landscape architect. Please be reminded
that you will be required to submit a one-page landscape application request for review by the
landscape committee and that planting material selected must.be listed on the approved
Association plant palette, copy enclosed. Also enclosed please find a Landscape Application.
When you are in a position to submit your landscape plans, please complete this application and
return to the attention of Carol Fuller.
Please contact Miguel Valenzuela, supervisor for Valley Gardening Service, at 760/399-1844 and
Carol Fuller, the Association Manager, prior to any Irrigation modifications associated with this
change. Upon completion of changes, please contact Carol Fuller. Damage to the landscaping,
i.e., shrubs, trees, flowers and turf is the responsibility of the contractor. The landscaping must
be brought back to its original condition when the project is completed.
Approvals given by the Architectural Committee are good for only six months from the date
on the approval letter. After that time a new application must be submitted.
