CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
I, Mike Lopez, certify that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Tract No. 33336 was prepared by Jan A. Adams, RCE 21687, and is filed in Book
432, Pages 18 through 21 inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, California, and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with
Division 2, Chapter3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map
Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments in
portions of said tract in accordance with Division 2, Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498
of the Subdivision map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or under
my direction in December 2025, which verified the information contained on said map.
Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
All the centerline monuments of the private streets labeled as Cherrywood Place on
Sheets 3 and 4 shown as "3/4" dia. Iron Pipe with Plastic Plug R.C.E. 21687" were set
as 1" Iron Pipe tagged L.S. 8995, Flush.
All boundary monuments labeled as "3/4" dia. Iron Pipe with Plastic Plug R.C.E. 21687"
on Sheets 3 and 4 were set as 1" I.P. tagged L.S. 8995, set flush, except for the
following:
On Sheet 3:
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the northerly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the northerly terminus of the westerly line of Lot 13, on top of
wall.
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the northerly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the northerly terminus of the easterly line of Lot 1, on top of wall.

On sheet 4
• A mag and washer tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush in the northerly line of Lot E
and at 1.00 feet westerly from the northeasterly corner, thereof.
• A mag and washer tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush at 0.50 feet northwesterly of,
at right angles to, the southwesterly terminus of the southeasterly line of Lot E
shown as North 50001'09" East 72.56 Feet.
• A mag and washer tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush in the northeasterly line of Lot
E shown as North 12024'09" West 13.23 feet at South 12024'09" East 2.00 feet
from the northwesterly terminus, thereof.
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush at the northwesterly terminus of
the northeasterly line of Lot D shown as North 23030'01" West 84.16 feet.
Lot monuments were set as follows:
On sheet 3
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the southeasterly prolongation
and at 0.25 feet from the southeasterly terminus of the northeasterly line of Lot
13, on top of curb.
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush at the southeasterly corner of
Lots 13, 19 and 23.
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush at the southwesterly corner of the
northwesterly line of Lot 1.
• edLots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the easterly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the easterly termini of the southerly lines of Lots 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, on top of curb.

On sheet 4
• A lead and tack tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the westerly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the westerly terminus of the southerly line of Lot 12, on top of
curb.
The present fee ownership of the property is not affected by the above corrections.
