Paving, which are being joined or matched in connection with this project, shall be joined or matched in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer, including necessary saw cutting, removal, replacement and capping. 3) A "tack coat" (paint binder) shall be applied between pavement .layers, concrete surf aces and on existing pavement to be resurfaced at the rate of 0.10 gal./yd.
