CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
I, Mike Lopez, certify that I am a Professional Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that Amended Tract No. 31348 was prepared by Gary W. Dokich, PLS 4693, and is filed
in Book 390, Pages 1 through 7 inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of
Riverside County, California, and that the following corrections to said map are in
accordance with Division 2, Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the
Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments in
portions of said tract in accordance with Division 2, Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498
of the Subdivision map Act. I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or under
my direction in December 2025, which verified the information contained on said map.
Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
On sheet 4
• All the centerline monuments of the private streets labeled as Clarke Court, Point
Happy Way and Heritage Way shown as set 1" Iron Pipe Tagged L.S. 4693, were
replaced and set as 1" Iron Pipe Tagged L.S. 8995, Flush.
• A punched storm drain manhole at the northerly termini of that course of Point
Happy Way shown as North 01 006'07" East 142.45 feet.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set flush on the westerly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the westerly terminus of the southerly line of Lot 11, on top of
curb.

• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the southwesterly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the southwesterly terminus of the southeasterly line of Lot
15, on top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the northerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the northerly termini of the easterly lines of Lots 5, 6, 30 and 31,
on top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set at the northwesterly terminus of the
northeasterly line of Lot 7 shown as North 41 °43'50" West 27.85 feet.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the southerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the southerly termini of the easterly lines of Lots 34 and 35, on top
of curb.
On sheet 5
• All centerline monuments of the private streets labeled as Clarke Court, Heritage
Way and Bradshaw Trail shown as set 1" Iron Pipe Tagged L.S. 4693 were
replaced and set as 1" Iron Pipe tagged L.S. 8995, Flush.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the northerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the northerly termini of the easterly lines of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 28, on
top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set at the southerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the southerly terminus of the easterly line of Lot 24, on top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the southeasterly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the southeasterly terminus of the southwesterly line of Lot 25
shown as North 68030'36" West 65.53 feet.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the easterly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the easterly termini of the southerly lines of Lots 40, 41, 42, 44, 45,
46 and 47, on top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the easterly prolongation and at
2.00 feet from the easterly terminus of the southerly line of Lot 43, on top of curb.

• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the southeasterly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the southeasterly terminus of the southwesterly line Lot K
shown as North 40000'00" West 159.43 feet, on top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the westerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the westerly termini of the southerly lines of Lots 1, 26 and 53, on
top of curb.
• All the centerline monuments of the private streets labeled as Bradshaw Trail
shown as set 1" Iron Pipe Tagged L.S. 4693, were replaced and set as 1" Iron
Pipe tagged L.S. 8995, Flush.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the westerly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the westerly termini of the southerly lines of Lots 58, 61 and 62, on
top of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the easterly prolongation and at
0.25 feet from the easterly termini of the southerly lines of Lots 68 and 72, on top
of curb.
• A lead tack and tagged L.S. 8995 was set on the northeasterly prolongation and
at 0.25 feet from the northeasterly terminus of the northwesterly line of Lot G
shown as North 45°00'00" East 105.23 feet, on top of curb.
The present fee ownership of the property is not affected by the above corrections.
