Updated Description: The 46080 Jefferson Street property was constructed between 1948 as a single-family residence. It was
likely converted to a Custom Ranch style commercial building in 1961. The building was initially recorded by CRM Tech in 2006. It
was demolished in 2017. The building was replaced in 2018 with a medical office and associated parking lot.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM Tech. It was fully demolished in ca. 2017
and subsequently replaced in ca. 2018. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in
the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.

setting, and boundaries) This commercial building, currently used by the Indian
Springs Golf and Country Club for office space, faces west from the east side
of Jefferson Street. The one-story, rectangular Ranch-style building is built
on a concrete slab and topped with a low-pitched, side-gabled roof covered
with brown wood shingles. A square cupola sits over the ridge of the roof.
Overhanging gable ends are supported by false wood beams, and wide, (Continued

*P3a. Description (continued): open eaves with exposed rafters and fascia boards shelter
the concrete block walls that are clad in vertical board-and-batten in gable
peaks. Fenestration consists of steel-framed casement windows, and the
building is accessed by double French doors on the asymmetrical façade and an
aluminum-framed glass door in the rear. A full-façade, open veranda supported
by square wood posts has been partially enclosed on the left and clad in
vertical board-and-batten. A covered patio is located in the rear, atop a new
building that was built into the slope.
