setting, and boundaries) This one-story, Ranch-style single-family residence faces
south from the north side of Buena Ventura Avenue. The wood-framed, L-shaped
residence is topped with a low-pitched, side-gabled roof with a hipped rear
wing covered with asphalt and gravel, and wide, open eaves with exposed
rafters and fascia boards shelter walls sheathed in mostly stucco and some
vertical board-and-batten. Large, fixed, steel-framed panes adorn the
