Tech described the property as a Modern style single-family residence in 2006. The current survey showed the property had been
demolished in ca. 2007. A new single-family residence replaced the original dwelling in ca. 2008.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 5D1 - contributor to a district that is listed or
designated locally. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished in ca. 2007 and
subsequently replaced in ca. 2008. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the
NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.

setting, and boundaries) This one-story single-family, Modern-style residence is
irregular in shape, with a rounded wall on the main mass and squared walls on
the attached garage. It is a wood-framed structure that is sheathed in stucco
and covered with a flat roof that ends in wide, boxed eaves. The building is
painted white with gray trim along the edge of the roof. The façade, facing
east, features a front door flanked on one side by a massive, and a two-car
garage. Other fenestration on the building includes a number of aluminum-
framed sliding windows of various size and a sliding door at the rear.
