Updated Description: The 52975 Avenida Obregon residence was constructed in 1961 in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood. CRM
Tech described the property as a Ranch style single-family residence in 2006. The current survey showed the property had been
demolished in between 2009 and 2011. A two new Modernistic single-family residence replaced the original dwelling in ca. 2020.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished between 2009
and 2011. It was subsequently replaced in ca. 2020 with two single-family residences and the property was subdivided. The historic
resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.
