Updated Description: The subject property was constructed in 1959 in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood. The building was
originally constructed as a one story Ranch style residence. The building was demolished between 2007 and 2009. Two new
residential buildings have been built on the subdivided property, constructed approximately between 2020 and 2021.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished between 2007
and 2009 and subsequently replaced in 2020 and 2021. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible
for inclusion in the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.

setting, and boundaries) This one-story, Ranch-style single-family residence faces
west from the east side of Avenida Obregon. Built on a concrete slab
foundation, the wood-framed, irregular-shaped residence is topped by a low-
pitched, cross-hip roof covered with asphalt and gray gravel, and wide, boxed
eaves with fascia boards shelter walls sheathed in stucco. Fenestration
consists of aluminum-framed, sliding windows, and the entrance door is set

*P3a. Description (continued): within a recessed wall of the asymmetrical façade and is
sheltered by the front eave overhang. A narrow breezeway that is secured with
double, wood barn doors on the façade separates the residence and a two-car
garage on the north end.
