demolished in ca. 2016. A new single-family residence replaced the original dwelling in ca. 2017.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished in ca. 2016 and
subsequently replaced in ca. 2017. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the

west side of Avenida Ramirez and is nearly completely obscured by heavy
vegetation. Built on a concrete slab foundation, the wood-framed residence is
topped by a flat roof with narrow, open eaves and appears asymmetrical on the
façade. Further features and detailing such as wall cladding and fenestration
are not readily visible from the public right-of-way.
