Updated Description: The 53251 Avenida ObrVelasco residence was constructed in 1952 in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood.
CRM Tech described the property as a Ranch style single-family residence in 2006. The current survey showed the property had
been demolished in between 2006 and 2009. A two new Spanish Styled Ranch single-family residence replaced the original dwelling
in ca. 2010.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished between 2006
and 2009. It was subsequently replaced in ca. 2010 with a Spanish Styled Ranch single-family residence. The historic resource is no
longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.

setting, and boundaries) This one-story, Ranch-style single-family residence faces
east from the west side of Avenida Velasco. The wood-framed residence is
irregular in plan and topped with a low-pitched, cross-hip roof covered with
brown composition shingles, and wide, open eaves with fascia boards shelter
walls sheathed in stucco. Fenestration consists of steel-framed, multi-paned
casement windows, and series of four sash flank the off-centered, recessed An
attached, two-car garage is set within the south end of the façade.
