setting, and boundaries) This one-story, Ranch-style single-family residence faces
east from the west side of Washington Street at the southwest end of Calle
Obispo. The wood-framed, rectangular residence is topped with a low-pitched,
simple hip roof covered with gray composition shingles, and wide, open eaves
with exposed rafters and fascia boards shelter walls sheathed in stucco.
Fenestration consists of steel-framed, casement and aluminum-framed, sliding
