Dear Mr. Ferguson,
The Community Development Department has approved your request for a time extension
for a temporary construction trailer (8' x 16') on Lot. 6' of Tract 28470-1, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Continued compliance with the original conditions of approval.
2. The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein.
3. _ This time extension will expire on May 16, 2000.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission provided the necessary.

Dear Sir/Madame,
The Community Development Department has approved your request to establish.a
temporary construction trailer (8' x 16') on Lot 6 of Tract 28470-1, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Obtain a building permit including an electrical permit for temporary power.
2. Provide restroom facilities to accommodate on-site construction personnel.
3. Mounted on the exterior of the trailer close to the front door shall be a written notice
providing emergency personnel your 24-hour emergency phone number they can
call in case problems arise that need your prompt attention (i.e. minimum 1" high
letters).
4. Install one 2A1 OBC fire extinguisher inside the trailer by the front exit door.
5. No temporary signs are approved unless separately approved by this Department.
6. Removal of the temporary construction trailer is required upon completion of the
residence on Lot 6, or six months from the date of this letter, which ever occurs first.
7. Trailer skirting shall be installed within 30 days if the trailer is mounted above
finished grade level.
8. The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein.

SUBJECT: TUP 99-201 IS NOW MUP 99-140
On April 23, 1999, TUP 99-201 was submitted to the City for a residential construction
trailer for a custom home at the Tradition. At our staff meeting last week, May 5th, I raised
the concern about applications for construction trailer being taken in as both TUP's and
MUP's and that there seems to be some confusion about them. You clarified for us during
the meeting that commercial construction trailers are to be TUP's and that residential
construction trailers are to be MUP's. I corrected the above referenced application and
assigned it an MUP number. We do need to request a $25 refund in fees as the applicant
paid $100, when $75 is all that is required for the MUP.
