SUBJECT: MINOR USE PERMIT 99-156
Dear Ms. Zamorez:
This Department hereby approves your request to continue using commercial storage bins to store
furniture at 55-920 PGA Boulevard for a seven month period. Because the accessory bins are not
materially detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare of surrounding properties in that they
are self contained and able to be locked. The City's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance will not
be negatively affected by approval of this interim use. The storage bins shall be removed by
February 29, 2000. No time extension requests will be permitted.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission, provided a written appeal and filing fee
of $175.00 are received within 15 calendar days pursuant to Section 9.200.120 (Appeals) of the
Zoning Ordinance. f
