Subject: Minor Use Permit 2000-200 (LARGE FAMILY DAY CARE)

The Community Development Department has approved your request to establish a
large family day care faculty at 52-195 Avenida Alvarado. This approval requires
compliance with Section 9.60.190 (Child Care Facilities) of the Municipal Zoning
Code. The following requirements are conditions of this approval:
1 . The day care facility shall be equipped with fire extinguisher, smoke detectors,
and other fire saftey equipment as specified by the Fire Marshall and/or the
State regulations. This information may be obtained by contacting the
Riverside County Fire Department Hazard Reduction Unit at (909) 940-6950.
2. The facility shall be licensed and operated in accordance with State and local
health, saftey and other regulations.
3. Temporary parking is permitted in front of the two car garage on the driveway
or may also occur in front of the home in the street. Garage parking shall be
maintained for the sole use of the facility user operator,spouse or members of
the household.
4. Outdoor activities for the children shall be limited to between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
This approval is final, but this decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission
provided the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 are filed with this office
within 15 days.
