On. February 13, 2003, the Community Development Department approved Minor Use
Permit 2003-387 to allow a temporary metal storage container at your property
located at 51-455 Desert Club ,Drive. This permit was good for 3 months and has
since expired. Per Condition #3 of the permit, removal of the metal storage container
was to be removed by May 13, 2003, unless a time extension was applied for and
granted by this Department. I have included a Minor Use Permit application for you
to fill out and submit back to this Department within 10 working days. There is no fee
associated with the extension request.

The Community Development Department has reviewed your request to locate a
temporary metal storage container on property located at 51-455 Desert Club Drive,
and has approved it subject to the plan submitted and the following conditions:
CONDITIONS:
1 . The metal storage container shall be stored on the property toward the rear as
shown on the site plan.
2. The metal storage container shall be 8' x 26' in size.
3. Removal of the metal storage container shall be done by May 13 , 2003, unless
a time extension is applied for and granted by this Department. The Community
Development Director may extend the permit for a set time period if needed.
No fee is charged to extend this permit.
4. No temporary business signs are permitted unless separately approved by this
Department.
5. The City may elect to add Conditions to this application to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission by anyone provided they
submit the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 with this office within 15
days of approval of this permit.
