SUBJECT: Extension of Minor Use Permit 2003-447 for Vendor Cart Sales
Mr. Herman;
I respectfully request an extension for use of the Minor Use Permit 2003-447 for Vendor
cart Sales at the Old Town La Quinta April 30, 2004. Construction delays beyond my
control with the Old Town La Quinta development have kept me from acquiring and
occupying my business rental space. I have been informed by the project management of
an anticipated April availability. My business presence in Old Town through the use of
my small cart has benefited the ambiance and afforded me n exposure to future
customers.
All of us, the vendors and business people of Old Town La Quinta are eager for my
services to bring visibility and customers to the development as well as enhance our
community.
I look forward to your immediate approval for an extension.

SUBJECT: Extension of Minor Use Permit 2003-447 for Vendor Cart Sales
Mr. Herman,
I respectfully request an extension for use of the Minor Use Permit 2003-447 for Vendor
cart Sales at the Old Town La Quinta through February 29, 2004. I was not able to
benefit from the use of the permit when originally issued because of uncontrolled
circumstances with security of my cart at the Old Town La Quinta during non -operation
hours. The store/owner initially chosen for after hour storage has unfortunately
experience health care and hospitalization and there for could not make his location
available to me. I have at this time been able to secure a suitable location for after hours
and am prepared to begin operations with an extension.
All of us, the vendors and business people of Old Town La Quinta are eager for my
services to bring visibility and customers to the development as well as enhance our
community.
I look forward to your immediate approval for an extension.
Sincerely
is 1 Reher
