The Community Development Department has approved your request to establish a
temporary equipment room at 50-896-1/2 EI Dorado Drive within Tract 30357 for
Mountain View Country Club, subject to the enclosed plan and the following
conditions:
1 . Obtain any building permits from the Building Department prior to installation
of the equipment room.
2. The equipment room shall be in conformance with the plans on file with the
Community Development Department. Said equipment room shall be eight (8)
feet wide by seventeen (17) feet long.
3. This permit shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of this letter.
Removal of the temporary equipment room is required within 30 days of
expiration of this permit unless a time extension is applied for and granted by
this Department. The Community Development Director may extend the permit
for a six-month period if needed. No fee is required to extend this permit.
4. All utilities for the equipment room shall be installed underground.
5. The equipment room shall be skirted if it is mounted above finished grade level.
6. The immediate area around the equipment room shall be kept clean and free of
debris.
7. A maximum of two satellite dishes shall be mounted on the equipment room.
Said satellites shall be no more than one (1) meter in diameter.

8. The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any
problems that arise not previously addressed herein.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission by anyone provided they
submit the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 with this office within 15
days of approval of this permit.
