The Community Development Department has reviewed your request for a Minor Use
Permit to allow an outdoor event for 50 + people. This letter is to notify you that your
request has been approved and must comply with the following conditions:
1 . The outdoor event shall take place on Saturday, April 26, 2003, between the
hours of 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
2. The location of the outdoor event shall be located at 70-050 Canterra Drive, in
La Quinta.
3. The applicant shall have guests park on the public street, but in no case, shall
vehicles block driveways of other residents in the area.
4. The applicant shall be considerate of neighbors in the immediate area and make
a good faith effort in respecting their privacy.
5. The applicant shall make sure that the front yard and the immediate area of the
street along the home frontage is clear of any debris, if any, after the event.
