SUBJECT: MINOR USE PERMIT 2004-516 (TEMPORARY PARKING
TENTS)
Dear Mr. Wilkerson:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your request to
establish temporary parking tents at the northeast corner of Washington
Street and Highway 111 in Point Happy commercial center (Parcel Map
29736) for the project Point Happy Plaza. The Community Development
Department denies your request for temporary tents as not allowed under the
La Quinta Municipal Code Section 9.100.170 - Construction and guard
offices.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission by anyone
provided they submit the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00
with this office within 15 days of this decision.
