plans on 8%" x 11" sheet or folded down to 8%" x 1 1".
❑ Filing fee for Minor Use Permit. If filing multiple applications, the most expensive application will be
charged full fee, with remaining related applications discounted 50% for each. This discount does not apply
to Environmental Information form.

Dear Mr. Van Patten:
The Planning Department has reviewed your request for an extension to the one
year allowance for a temporary storage container located at 54-940 Avenida Rubio
in La Quinta, California. The previously approved Minor Use Permit (MUP 2007-
980, ext. 1) allowed for an extension up to March 31, 2008. After reviewing the
facts, there is no evidence that an extreme extenuating circumstance exist that
would justify the approval of an extension for the storage container; therefore, the
Planning Department does not approve the extension of this permit. The temporary
storage container shall be removed from the site within ten (10) days of this letter.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission by anyone provided
they submit the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 to this office within
15 days of denial of this permit.
