RE: INCOMPLETE AND INACTIVE APPLICATION FOR MINOR USE PERMIT 2008-
997 (ANDALUSIA AT CORAL MOUNTAIN)
Dear Mr. Sparks:
Approximately six months ago you had a conversation with Stan Sawa of our
office regarding your Minor Use Permit 2008-997 application (attached) request for
a new model complex at Andalusia. We .noted the need for a site plan of the
proposed complex to complete processing of the application. You indicated it
would be submitted at some time in the future. Since that time, our office has not
received the plan, nor have we received any correspondence regarding the status
of your project. application.
Consequently, your Minor.. Use Permit application has been identified as being
subject to automatic withdrawal under the City's application sunset provisions. As
per Section 9.200.070 of the Zoning Ordinance, all applications which remain
incomplete and inactive for a minimum six (6) month period are forwarded a return
receipt warning letter notifying the applicant that their- application is incomplete and
inactive. If no action is taken by the applicant regarding the application within .30
days thereafter, the application is automatically withdrawn and closed. Please be
aware that this letter serves as your 30 -day warning notification
If your intent is to not proceed with your application until a later date, we request
that you withdraw your application- and re -apply with a new application once you
are ready to, proceed. By requesting a withdrawal of your application in writing,
you will be eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the fees paid, as per Section
9.260 of the Zoning Ordinance.

submittal within thirty days of this notice, our office will consider the application
