The Planning Department has reviewed your request for a Yoga/Fitness studio located
at 50-991 Washington Street, in the La Quinta Village Shopping Center, La Quinta,
California. This letter is to notify you that your request has been approved and is
subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. If required, all license(s) and certifications from the appropriate agency/agencies
shall be obtained prior to operation.
2. The use of the facility as a fitness studio shall be limited to the hours of 6:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week.
3. All loud speaker equipment, music presentations, etc... shall conform to the
City's Noise ordinance and shall not exceed 75 dB(A). Speaker equipment shall
be directed towards the interior of the studio.
This approval is final, but may be appealed by anyone to the Planning Commission
provided the required forms and filing fee of $175.00 are filed with this office within
fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter.
