Dear Mr. Pelletier:
The Planning Department has approved your request to establish a martial arts studio
at 79825 Highway 111, Suite 102-103, subject to the following findings and conditions:
Findings:
1. Adequate parking exists for customers and employees
2. The facility is open Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday 3:00
PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM
3. Adherence to the recommended conditions will ensure impacts to surrounding
properties will be minimized.
Conditions:
1. A building permit is required for the tenant improvements. Contact the Building
and Safety Department at (760) 777-7012 for permit requirements.
2. Install one 2A1 OBC fire extinguisher inside by the exit door and provide a "door to
remain open during business hours" sign above the door. If you have questions,
please contact Fire Safety Specialist for Riverside County at (760) 863-8886.
3. Temporary signage, such as a grand opening banner shall be approved
separately by the Planning Department.
4. The City may elect to add conditions to this application to mitigate any problems
that arise not previously addressed herein.
This -decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission provided the required
application form and filing fee of $175.00 are filed with this office within 15 days of this
decision.
