Regarding the above -referenced application, this is to inform
you that the Planning and Development Department has tentatively
approved Parcel Merger No. 89-211. At the present time, however
we have no record of the $175.00 filing fee being paid.
Therefore, we cannot forward copies of the tentatively approved
Exhibits and application form. However, the application is
satisfactory for future recordation.
Pursuant to our phone conversation of December 1, 1989, please
also be aware that the City will have the merger documentation
recorded after Parcel Map No. 25187 has been recorded.
Therefore, upon payment of . the $175.00 filing fee and
