4. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS/DELINQUENT DATES: THE PAYMENT FOR EACH INSTALLMENT MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE ITS DELINQUENT DATE. If December 10th or April 10th
falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the time of delinquency is 5 PM on the next business day.
5. TAX -DEFAULTED PROPERTY: If this bill is not paid by 5 PM on the last business day in June, a redemption fee is added and redemption penalties accrue monthly. An entry beside "Year and Number"
