On August 2, 1994, the City Council approved a request to vacate a 5-foot.wide public utility
easement along the north side of Lots 15, and 16 on Calle Chihuahua in the Cove per Resolution
94-56. The approval resolution required the applicant to merge his lots in order for the City to
record the vacation request. Attached are.copies of the recorded information. Therefore, please
transmit the original resolution to the County for certification/recordation.
