The First and Final Account and Report and Petition of
SUSAN HUNT, as Executrix of the Will of GLEN H. GUMMESS, Deceased,
came on regularly to be heard in the Probate Department of the
above -entitled Court, on the 21st day of December, 1983, the
Honorable John P-. Carroll, Judge presiding, WIXON STEVENS
appearing as attorney for said•Executrix, the Court, after exam-
ining the Account and Report thereto, and Petitions, and hearing
the evidence, found that all notices of said hearing had been
given as required by law, that all inheritance taxes, Federal
Estate Taxes, and personal property taxes'due and payable by
decedent or his estate had been paid'. but that an Estate Income
Tax Certificate as required by Section 19252 of the Revenue and

Taxation Code was not on file and that approval of the Report
and Account would be withheld until the filing of such
Certificate.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that due
notice to the creditors of said deceased has been given; that the
Estate Income Tax Certificate was filed on or about January
1984; that the Executrix has in her possession belonging to said
estate, after deducting credits to which it is entitled, a —
balance of $-457,479.88 of which $8,043.75 is in cash, and said
Account and Report is hereby approved,'allowed and settled
accordingly.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the sum of $11,111.00 be
allowed as statutory Executrix commission.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the sum of $11,111.00 be
allowed WIXON STEVENS as statutory attorney's fees, and that
the further sum of $500.00 for extraordinary services rendered
said estate be allowed to said attorney, together with the sum
-of $292.55 for costs advanced on behalf.of said estate.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the payment of debts of the
decedent, consisting of medical expenses and totaling $168.74,
without claims having been presented or filed, is hereby allowed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that
pursuant to the dill, of said decedent, --the .property of said
estate is distributed to the children of decedent as follows:
