Dear Mr. Coronel:
This letter is regarding the status of the above referenced applications for two parcel
mergers that you submitted to the City on February 4, 1999. In my telephone
communication with you, on February 16, 1999, you indicated that you wanted to
withdraw the application for Parcel Merger 99-344, located on Avenida Mendoza
(A.P.N.'s 773-182-001 and 773-182-002), and that you wanted to proceed with the .
request for Parcel Merger 99-345, located on Eisenhower Drive W.P.N.'s 774-091-
001 and 774-091-002►.
To process a withdrawal for PM 99-344 you must submit, in writing, a request to
withdraw the application. To proceed with PM 99-345, please submit a Grant Deed
reflecting the newly merged parcels. I have enclosed a blank Grant Deed form for
your use should you decide to proceed with the parcel merger. Should you have any
