The Community Development Department has .approved Parcel Merger 99-354 for
recordation with the County of Riverside. Once recorded, please send a copy of the
documents to our office for filing. Enclosed are approved documents and a letter
addressed to the County Recorder stating that PM 99-354 can be recorded.
The City has approved this merger based on zoning compliance and correctness of the
legal descriptions. Any potential conflicts with utility easements adjacent to the eliminated
property line should be investigated by the developer at the earliest opportunity. By
execution of this approval, the applicant and/or property owner hereby agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta from any legal claim or litigation arising
out of the City's approval of this parcel merger.
